This is my second consecutive year doing my taxes here, and overall the staff is incredible and very professional. However, there is one issue that unfortunately affects the experience.
The person who answers the phone at the front desk (I do not know her name) is extremely rude to clients. Every time I call, she answers with a very aggressive tone. Its not even what she says, but the way she says it. She sounds annoyed and upset from the moment she picks up the phone.

The day I went to the office, she was also very rough in the way she spoke to me and to another client who was waiting there. In fact, when she walked away to the back office, the other client and I even commented that it almost felt like she might yell at us.
Today I called again, and it was the same situation. Her tone was very harsh and unfriendly, so I politely told her that she might want to be a little less aggressive when speaking to clients because it came across as if she were upset or in a bad mood. Shortly after, she called me back, which I found very unprofessional, just to say: I am not bitter, I just tell people how things work here and I am a very happy person and hang up!

If I were the owner, I would have addressed this a long time ago. Clients should never be treated this way, even if documents are missing or something is incomplete. People call because they need help and guidance. If we already knew everything about taxes, we would not be working with a tax company.

Other than that, the service from the rest of the team is excellent. But unfortunately the person at the front desk, who is the first point of contact with clients, leaves a very poor impression of the company.

I have been with O & F tax services for years, and have a great admiration for both the team there. Great people with positive attitudes to make you feel welcome and they are there to help you...

This year Jenny worked with my son's unfilled taxes since 2016 and she took all the steps to get it done and he even got returns for the last 3 years. I can't recommend them enough. Friendly and very competent (something that I personally hold in high regard).

This team is full of solution oriented people to ensure you aren't paying a dime more in taxes than you need to! The team there was able to handle my wife's and I's taxes despite us having a combined 5 W-2's and a ton of additional paperwork for my wife's business within an hour and my wife and I were incredibly happy. Would highly recommend!
